Usra Studios is operated by USRA ENTERPRISES PTY LTD, ABN 80 674 648 849.

When you enquire, we collect your name, email, phone number, wedding date and location, service preferences, referral source and the information you choose to share. We use these details to respond, follow up, check availability and arrange wedding services. Without the necessary contact and wedding details, we may be unable to respond meaningfully.

We do not use enquiry details for newsletters or upload enquiry contact lists to advertising platforms.

Our website uses Squarespace, and enquiries are managed through Studio Ninja. We use service providers to host the website, manage enquiries and communications, display videos through Vimeo, and measure advertising through Meta. These providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

With your advertising-cookie permission, the Meta Pixel receives information such as pages visited, browser and device details, IP address, cookie identifiers and visits to our enquiry thank-you page. This helps measure enquiries and improve advertising. Meta may associate this activity with your Facebook or Instagram account. Analytics cookies help us understand website use. Embedded video providers may also receive device and usage information when their content loads or plays.
